jackson and i did a shoot for an american eagle photo contest. these are the results (:

second chance.

Tammy and Steven are two of the happiest people I’ve ever had the pleasure to know. they both have suffered through problems and issues within a family, but they came together and found true love in each other. Their outdoor backyard wedding was rained out, so all the guests (including the minister!) came together moving furniture and setting everything up inside. the wedding was beautiful and the amount of love that filled the air was unbelievable. my best wishes go out to Tammy and Steven McCullum (:

dance for me.

as an AP photography student, i have to focus on one subject matter or idea all year round. this is called a concentration. for mine, i chose dance. my best friend Jackson is a dancer, and i chose to use her for my subject (:
she is such a sport and didnt mind me bossing her around. shoot her is always a great time (:

(also, id just like to say thanks to my boyfriend, zach (: he rearranged his media room in order to hang my backdrop from the ceiling and have enough room to move around. thanks honey, i love you!)

tim and sarah are the perfect couple. and i’m not just saying that because tim’s my older brother. i have never seen two other people so in love. sarah loves him even through all his “geekiness,” and that alone is amazing. i was so excited when they asked me to shoot their engagement photos, and we had so much fun shooting.
